Jackie was helpful from the beginning when I was searching for an agent to give me a drive by valuation, and when I was in a quandary as when to sell with the difficulties of COVID and the lockdown. When I decided to enter into a contract with The Coast to sell the property, Jackie clearly explained all aspects of the process, and gave very good advice as what was the best to do, and what price range to set. She organised and arranged everything, for example, the building inspection, and the mowing of the grass. I did not have to go to Somers after the initial contact. Jackie worked tirelessly to sell the house.
