We can’t thank Jackie enough for taking the time to get to know us and for her understanding of exactly what we were looking for when we were recently in the market for a new home and a sea change.
We met Jackie at an open for inspection in Somers and had indicated to her we were from Melbourne and were looking to move to the Mornington Peninsula. At that stage, we weren’t exactly sure where. Jackie’s local knowledge and passion for the local area pretty much had us sold us on Somers there and then.
Within 3 days of meeting Jackie we had found our dream home and an offer was on the table. This is purely down to Jackie’s proactive approach, showing us other options and a house not even on the market.
Throughout the whole negotiating period through to finalising the contract documents, Jackie was always available and very quick to respond to any query we had about either the area or the house.

We have just recently purchased our ‘sea change’ home with Jackie from The Coast and couldn’t have had a better experience.
We logged our requirements 5 months prior and were notified immediately a property became available. We only needed to view no more than 4 properties when our home became available.
Jackie was always available and early for any viewings that we required and nothing was too much of an effort.
