...Then came the search for the new home. We were fussy and constantly changing what we thought we wanted in a forever home. Jackie was very flexible with us, helping us stay up to date with not only the buying market but also the rental market. Jackie spent lots of time with us, showing us houses to help narrow our focus all the while helping understand what to expect from our budget, where to look and what to expect. Again, a huge point of difference, she also informed us of properties that my be coming on the market and sent us to other agencies listings that we might be interested in which we really appreciated as there is no incentive for her to do so. We felt the whole time she was more interested in helping us find a home than profiting from us. Months past and we all persisted until one day Jackie presented us with an absolute winner. Making it all the better we were able to complete the buying experience with Jackie in which it was a pleasure. She would always make the effort to come to us when paperwork needed signing and made the extra effort to liaise with the vendors so we could work out special agreements. She really went above and beyond in our hunt for our special property. Even after all the signing she remained in contact seeing how we were going with preparations for the move and met us to hand over keys with a smile and a gift 5 minutes after settlement had occurred. It has been said, but I feel the need to formally set down the fact, that I was very impressed with your dealings in the sale of Camp Hill Road to me.

I am still enjoying the flowers but, alas, the bubbly is all gone, although it was very much enjoyed with friends.

We would like to express our thanks and total satisfaction in the assistance and service provided to us by Jackie in the purchase of a rural piece of land at 35 Merricks Beach Road, Merricks Beach in January of 2011.
We had been searching for a property on the Mornington Peninsula for six months prior to this. We eventually decided this piece of land would best suit our needs, and we would build if we were the successful buyers.
From December when we made an offer, until the sale was finalised, Jackie was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, while being most professional at all times for the vendors and ourselves. As “city folk” we are not familiar with all aspects of owning and building in semi - rural location and Jackie provided much useful advice re land care etc. she has been most generous with her time and assistance, and has helped us with contact details for the contractors that we will need in the future.
